Magor People Providers are currently recruiting for Shunter / Shuttle Drivers to join a busy and prestigious client operation based in Magor. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Class 1 drivers looking for a stable role within a fast-paced logistics environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of trailers across site and between local facilities.

Pay Rates

  • Days: £17.93 per hour
  • Nights: £19.05 per hour

Shift Pattern

  • 4 On / 4 Off
  • Days: 06:00 - 18:00
  • Nights: 18:00 - 06:00

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out daily vehicle and tug checks, reporting any defects promptly.
  • Safely shunt and position trailers across the site using a tug unit.
  • Work closely with warehouse and transport teams to maintain the smooth flow of trailers and site operations.
  • Shuttle trailers between the Brewery and Gwent Park as required.
  • Adhere to all site health and safety procedures and operational standards.
  • Ensure all movements are completed safely, efficiently, and within operational requirements.
