Responsibilities:

  • Install, commission, and provide 24×7 support for the products and solutions implemented by the company.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers.
  • Lead the project technical team to design, build, and implement Tier 1 turn‑key projects.
  • Conduct technical workshops for clients based on existing product offerings.
  • Client‑facing for troubleshooting customers’ issues and liaising with global equipment vendors to follow up and drive closure on technical matters, with occasional business travel for projects.
  • Collaborate within a talented team of like‑minded people to design, implement, commission, and support leading‑edge telecommunication products.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in a technical discipline, with 4–5 years of industry experience in Telecommunication Next Generation Networks, especially Voice over IP solutions.
  • Knowledge of virtualization, databases, Linux operating systems, and data networking.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Superior people skills and leadership qualities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking.
  • Independent and self‑motivated.
