We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin Assistant to support our Vehicle Admin Registration Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys handling administrative processes with accuracy and efficiency.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM β 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter customer and vehicle registration details into the CRM system
- Prepare documentation and assist with LTA vehicle registration processes
- Handle COE-related matters and update On-Board Unit (OBU) details
- Set up and maintain vehicle ownership records in the system
- Generate and issue vehicle tax invoices
- Scan, upload, and maintain proper filing of documents
- Review vehicle orders for accuracy prior to processing
- Support ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Who Weβre Looking For
- Polytechnic Diploma and above (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems independently
