Key Accountabilities

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, including upselling and cross-selling company products.
  • Channel Development: Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand company’s market reach.
  • Retail Strategy Execution: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor sales trends, analyze performance data, and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
  • Training & Support: Educate retail staff on product features and benefits to ensure effective product representation and sales execution.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.

Key Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years with proven experience in retail channel sales, preferably in IT peripherals, electronics, or consumer goods industries.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to develop actionable strategies.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI and CRM tools.
