Responsibilities
- Work closely with regional sales companies to achieve sales and other set targets.
- Monitor regional Sell-in/Sell-out/Sell-Through situation to ensure healthy sales and inventory situation.
- Monitor market activities and market share data including competitors to derive appropriate market strategies.
- Conduct market research and translate consumer and technology trends into sound business decisions.
- Understand consumer needs and behavioural patterns to identify appropriate products/services for different segments, influencing overall product road map.
- Be the key person responsible for new product launch, including developing appropriate product and pricing strategy, working closely with internal stakeholders on product training and implementation of effective market communication to end-users.
- Plan relevant support activities with effective return on investment on money spent.
- Manage product life cycle from pre-launch to end of life.
- Develop and adapt pricing strategy based on internal and external trends.
- Formulate appropriate Go-To-Market strategies to support individual regional sales companies achieve business targets.
Requirements
- Ideally 1-2 years of relevant experience in the Printer, Consumer Electronics, or IT industry.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills: data-driven and comfortable with numbers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for working with regional teams.
- Effective problem-solving abilities to assess situations and develop proposals.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential product, pricing, and budget information.
- Self-disciplined, time-conscious, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
- A passion for technology and IT products is a plus.
