As an Executive, Marketing, you will be responsible for driving social media, content creation, and performance marketing initiatives across multiple automotive and aftersales brands. This role plays a key part in strengthening brand presence, engaging target audiences, and generating high-quality leads through creative and data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage social media strategy and content across multiple platforms to drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage live streaming activities (TikTok, Facebook, Xiaohong Shu) and create short-form video content, including hosting when required.
- Drive lead generation and conversion optimization through full-funnel marketing strategies and continuous improvement of user journeys.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and optimization recommendations.
- Support marketing events and activations, including planning, execution, and post-event evaluation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, external agencies, and key stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
- Proven experience in executing social media campaigns and managing online communities for established or international brands.
- Strong understanding of content creation and major social media platforms.
- Social media content planning experience and must be able to front the camera in videography, editing, producing & photography.
- Passionate about social commerce, live streaming, and the evolving digital retail landscape.
- Proficient in video editing and content production, including cutting, sequencing, subtitling, and basic motion graphics using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.
- Possession of a Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage.
