Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with dealers to plan and execute showroom promotions, roadshows, test drive events, and local marketing activations.
  • Execute distributor and principal-led campaigns, including new model launches and promotional activities.
  • Act as the main marketing liaison for dealers, providing guidance on campaigns, brand usage, and best practices.
  • Coordinate production and distribution of marketing collaterals in line with brand guidelines.
  • Support events and exhibitions, including planning, on-site coordination, and post-event reporting.
  • Assist with Public Relations and media activities such as press events, media coordination, and coverage tracking.
  • Ensure all marketing executions comply with brand governance and approval processes.
  • Support budget tracking, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and marketing financial reporting.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports, dealer participation tracking, and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in automotive, retail, or dealer-based marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
