Responsibilities

  • Submit loan cases to bank for processing
  • Record loan cases into Salesforce
  • Liaise with Banks for update on loan status
  • Monitor and update Salesforce with loan approval advice from the Banks
  • Convey loan status to Sales Consultants
  • Release loan amount into Salesforce for registration
  • Check loan documents submitted by Sales Consultants before releasing loan amount into Salesforce for registration
  • Liaise with Sales Consultants for outstanding documents before & after registration
  • Check Tax Invoices, LTA log card and Insurance Cover Note from Vehicle Admin before dispatch to Banks
  • Ensure HP Agreement and other required forms are duly signed before dispatch to Banks
  • Generate dispatch batch in Salesforce and prepare documents to Banks for disbursement
  • Update and record outgoing documents into Salesforce
  • Liaise with Banks and arrange for daily collection of documents
  • Perform ad hoc admin tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 Year experience in administration support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and adaptable to fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
