Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain digital solutions that meet regional business needs. Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems.
- Develop and maintain web-based applications using .NET, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python. Support API integrations and ensure secure, scalable architecture.
- Lead regional IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with global standards. Monitor progress, manage risks, and report to stakeholders.
- Work closely with business units, global IT teams, and vendors to identify requirements and deliver solutions. Act as the regional point of contact for digital initiatives.

- Provide technical support for digital tools and platforms. Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of solutions.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years in IT roles with a focus on digital solutions, system integration, or IT project management, regional or multi-country experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- ITIL, PMP, or relevant cloud/web development certifications are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of web development frameworks (.NET, C#, ASP.NET) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), ERP systems, and automation technologies.
- Understanding of database management (SQL Server, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
