1yr Contract with full benefits (Renewable & Convertible to Perm)

Location: Alexandra Road

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with GIA reporting and insurance claim documentation
  • Prepare repair quotations, invoices, and claim-related documents
  • Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors for repair assessments and approvals
  • Arrange rental vehicles for customers when required
  • Track parts availability and repair progress
  • Process reimbursement claims (e.g., loss-of-use, rental vehicle claims)
  • Follow up with insurers on outstanding payments and claim matters
  • Liaise with service providers and internal teams regarding claims
  • Prepare monthly administrative reports
  • Support customer service team by handling incoming calls professionally

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in insurance claims administration
  • Experience working with insurance companies and surveyors is an advantage
  • Customer-focused with good communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
