Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with principals and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
  • Analyze customer data to identify upselling opportunities and support strategic initiatives that drive retention, throughput, and revenue.
  • Champion digital solutions to enhance customer experience and expand market reach.
  • Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance and performance against contractual obligations.
  • Manage feedback channels (Voice-of-Customer surveys, call centre, email) to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Assist in aftersales procurement projects, ensuring cost-efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and monitor initiatives and strategies to achieve business objectives and KPIs such as parts purchase targets, Group financial targets, customer retention etc.

Requirements

  • A degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Marketing equivalent
  • 2 years of relevant experience (automotive or aftersales preferred) No experiencewith data analytics background will be considered
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • An analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
  • 5 days week, Alexandra
