My customer is looking for B2B Sales Team Leader to lead a team within their small call centre / sales office. As well as the people management they will carry a target of their own and must lead from the front.
Within the business account base are potential accounts and regular spenders who can be nurchured into bigger accounts and none spenders that need developing.
We require a strong outbound telephone sales person with previous leadership experience to research and to call B2B; establish purchasing reasons and target new business within the existing and new accounts and lead a small team to do the same. This requires a strong user of CRM to manage and organise data and a good friendly personality to have meaningful conversations. We are looking for people with a solid process for developing new business.
The role is office based in Rhymney.
Customers are often from a healthcare background, they might be dental, pharmacy, physio, private hospital or industrial based and you will be selling a medical supplies and equipment category.
Responsibilities
- Manage and drive a small team of telephone sellers.
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
- Phone an existing and new customer base and establish intel and new opportunities to win.
- Quote and win new business.
- Out bound calling and a proven process to convert sales.
- Log on CRM and set future followup and keep to them.
Qualifications
- Amazing telephone skills and a process that works.
- Out bound calling experience (50 calls a day)
