This is a new role for a Health and Safety Coordinator, qualified to NEBOSH, to help drive the compliance, policies, quality standards and ensure this manufacturing business meets UK legislation. The business is a SME Manufacturing company that is a market leader in its niche.
Duties:
- Coordinate and support compliance with UK Legislation
- Develop and continuously improve internal policies and quality standards including ISO45001
- Develop the health and safety record, including risk assessments, COSHH, contractors, fire rolls etc.
- Record incidents and near misses obtaining root causes
- Work to KPIs and produce reports
- Hands on business requiring this approach
The successful candidate will be NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) qualified. Applications only accepted from suitably qualified candidates.
Package: up to £32k pa, Company pension, Secure onsite parking, Standard hours 7.30 to 16.00 on site Mon to Fri (no overtime required)
