We are looking for a Strategic Business Development Manager to sell Medical Pressure Care solutions into NHS Organisations (ICB) and Acute and Community sectors including Loan Stores. Effectively covering the Midlands, Northern England and Scottish Borders, the person will ideally be based in Midlands or Northern England so as to be in the heart of the territory; other applications accepted.

The BDM will work alongside a team of territory managers and use their local intel to drive strategic opportunities.

BDM Key Requirements

  • Medical Device sales experience (5 years min)
  • Experience selling in acute and community settings in a strategic way
  • Understanding and experience in securing loan store listings via relevant ordering systems
  • Knowledge of relevant funding streams and key opinion leaders
  • Experience in planning using a CRM system
  • A UK driving licence (max 6 points)

This is an exciting and challenging position and is considered part of the senior team within the business. The BDM will receive autonomy and must be able to self-motivate. It is essential they are a team player.
