We are looking for a self‑motivated Service Manager to coordinate, develop and supervise the work of the team supporting families in temporary accommodation. This role assists the Regional People and Services Manager in the overall management of the service and focuses on delivering support that is person‑centred, holistic and easy to access.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and develop the team's work in the temporary housing service.
- Supervise staff and deliver day‑to‑day operations.
- Assist the Regional People and Services Manager in overall service management.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships to help people move through different types of help, advice and support.
- Connect with the wider community and network to ensure all individuals receive the support they need.
- Manage challenging situations with confidence and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Highly motivated, confident and proactive with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage challenging situations and build strong positive partnerships.
