P3 Charity in Cambridge is seeking a Support Worker to join our accommodation-based services, delivering housing-related support to adults experiencing mental illness. You will act as a keyworker, promoting healthy lifestyles and helping individuals develop skills for independent living.
You will document activities on our internal IT system and coordinate with partners to achieve positive outcomes. The role is site-based with a 22.5-hour week and a rolling two-week rota.
