P3 Charity is seeking a Community Based Support Worker to assist people across the Cotswolds with housing, benefits, health and independent living. The role runs 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with office-based work and travel between sites.
You will work on a six-month placement to support individuals, using a multi-agency approach and liaising with partners to maximise income, reduce debts and help people achieve positive long-term outcomes.
