Engagement and Resettlement Facilitator

As an Engagement and Resettlement Facilitator, you will play a vital role in introducing prisoners to education and work pathways, promoting positive personal development, and fostering a supportive environment. As an Engagement and Resettlement Facilitator, you will: * Welcome new prisoners and guide them through assessments such as Maths and English * Encourage engagement with development plans and provide pastoral support to overcome barriers, guiding each prisoner toward successful resettlement. Requirements: * Relevant qualifications in education, coaching, or mentoring (e.g., Level 3 certificate in coaching or similar). * Level 2 in Maths & English. * Experience in coaching or teaching in adult learning settings is desirable, with a willingness to train in restorative practices.
