I am a 17 year old young boy with Autism and ADHD. I live in the Merthyr Vale area with my family. I’m looking for a personal assistant for 5 hours per week during term time. I spend a lot of time on screens, computer and phone, to have a break from this I would really like for someone to take me out in the community to have socialisation. I love animals, fishing, sports and keeping fit. I have no problem communicating and would like someone understanding and enthusiastic about the things we can do and places to visit.

Tasks and Duties:
- To access the local community and surrounding areas
- Car driver
- Promote my independence
Working Hours/Rate of pay:
- £14.50 and £0.40 pence per mile for any mileage
- 5 hours per week term time (39 weeks per annum)
- Can be worked flexibly

Additional Information: Successful applicants will be subject to a three month trial period. A DBS check will be required, this will be at no cost to yourself.
