FEMALE - Personal Care Assistant Required to support a lady in Crewe, CW2

14 Hours Per Week over 2 days to share the role with other PA. Cover holidays and sickness.

Β£12.70 per hour

Main Duties

  • Personal Care: supervise when in the shower in case of a fall and help get dressed.
  • Support when making meals.
  • Supervise taking medication at specific times.
  • Encourage and support activities such as baking and art.
  • Encourage outings for walks.
  • Promote independence.

The main duties identified in the job description are examples of the expectations required; I may on occasions reasonably request additional activities to be undertaken inside or outside of the home.

Personal Assistant Specification

  • Must be honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
  • Must respect privacy and maintain dignity.
  • Must be enthusiastic, flexible, caring disposition.
  • Must work well independently.
  • Experience preferred, knowledge around epilepsy & seizures.
  • Encouraging support with activities such as baking.

My personal assistant is accountable to me in all aspects of their work. They should always ask what my needs are and listen to my directions and requests.
