Registered Manager – 2 Bed EBD Children's Home NG5 (Rise Park), Nottingham
£50,000 – £55,000 DOE + £2,000 Registration Bonus

People Partnership Co is supporting the launch of a new 2-bed Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) children's home in NG5. We are seeking an experienced and Level 5 qualified Registered Manager to lead the service through final registration stages and into operation.
This is an opportunity to shape a new home from the ground up, working alongside experienced directors with strong backgrounds in healthcare, compliance, and residential care operations.
The Role
- Lead the home through Ofsted registration (majority of paperwork completed)
- Ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards
- Develop and embed a strong therapeutic, child-centred culture
- Recruit, develop and manage your own staff team
- Oversee care planning, safeguarding and risk management
- Work closely with directors to establish operational systems and best practice
- Drive continuous improvement and aim for strong Ofsted outcomes

Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children's Residential) – Essential
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within an EBD setting
- Strong understanding of Ofsted registration and inspection frameworks
- Proven ability to build and lead effective teams
- Sound knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory compliance
- Full UK driving licence and ability to commute reliably to NG5
