We're looking for a Senior Product Developer to take ownership of the full product lifecycle — from design handover through to shipment samples — across our global lines. You'll be the technical backbone of the development process, working hands-on with factories, fabrics, and fit to bring commercially viable, production-ready product to life. This is a role for someone who loves the craft: pattern cutting, construction, fabric development, and problem-solving under a tight critical path — while building strong relationships with suppliers along the way. Senior Product Developer (Sports and Lifestyle): The Role * Managing the product lifecycle from tech pack review through to SMS and shipment samples * Leading fit sessions from proto through to final approval, ensuring fit, quality, and construction meet brand standards * Approving fabrics, trims, lab dips, and materials, and resolving issues with suppliers directly * Owning the critical path — tracking samples, approvals, and production, and flagging risks early * Maintaining technical packs, size charts, construction standards, and testing manuals * Overseeing wash and fabric performance testing to catch issues early * Working closely with design, production, and sourcing teams, and supporting range reviews and presentations * Mentoring junior team members and sharing best practice across the team Senior Product Developer (Sports and Lifestyle): The Person * Solid experience in Fashion/Apparel * In-depth knowledge of garment construction and a good understanding of pattern cutting * A strong background in fit, fabric development, finishes, and construction detail * Experience working within a wholesale business model * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel * A sharp eye for detail and a genuine passion for product This role is 4-5 days in the office in Watford, as you will be managing a team.
