In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring customer requirements are met at every stage, from samples and orders to pre-production and final delivery. Your responsibilities will include liaising with customers to address orders, solving problems, and making decisions in collaboration with the team leader or director.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess the ability to manage a fast-paced critical path and build excellent relationships with customers and suppliers.
The role:- Responsible for ensuring customer requirements are achieved through all stages of the critical path from samples, orders, pre-production to final delivery.
- Liaising with customers regarding orders, problem solving and making decisions, these must be done in conjunction with team leader / Director.
- Attend customer meetings to ensure continued customer satisfaction and that all opportunities are capitalised on.
- Reporting to the Team leader / Director with weekly and monthly updates, escalating issues where necessary.
- To ensure effective communication at all levels, internally and externally.
- Ad hoc duties as required by management.
- Ability to build excellent customer and supplier relations.
- IT literate with sound experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programmes.
- Experience of managing fast-paced critical path.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent time keeping and ability to meet short deadlines.
- Ability to develop and inspire a close-knit team.
- Capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
