You'll help to ensure sales and margin budgets while effectively managing stock levels in line with business targets. The Job Outline
- Raise PO's in timely manner for both Seasonal and Never Out of Stock lines.
- Accurate forwardâforecasting of intake and OTB to deliver sales & margin targets, highlighting any potential risk or opportunities.
- Ensure timely production planning to secure capacity and achieve onâtime deliveries.
- Inâseason trading: analysing performance, highlighting best/worst sellers & proposing action.
- Maintain WSSI, stock integrity, critical paths and internal documentation.
- Manage supplier relationships and ensuring goods arrive on time and in full.
- Oversee branch distribution planning with the Retail team.
- Check and process supplier invoices & packing lists.
- Support senior management with process improvement initiatives.
- Monitoring competitor activity to influence strategy and decisionâmaking.
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 3 yearsâ experience as a Junior Merchandiser or similar role.
