As Merchandiser, you'll play a key role in planning, trading and shaping future ranges across a multi‐channel retail business. You'll help to ensure sales and margin budgets while effectively managing stock levels in line with business targets. The Job Outline

  • Raise PO's in timely manner for both Seasonal and Never Out of Stock lines.
  • Accurate forward‐forecasting of intake and OTB to deliver sales & margin targets, highlighting any potential risk or opportunities.
  • Ensure timely production planning to secure capacity and achieve on‐time deliveries.
  • In‐season trading: analysing performance, highlighting best/worst sellers & proposing action.
  • Maintain WSSI, stock integrity, critical paths and internal documentation.
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensuring goods arrive on time and in full.
  • Oversee branch distribution planning with the Retail team.
  • Check and process supplier invoices & packing lists.
  • Support senior management with process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitoring competitor activity to influence strategy and decision‐making.

Required Skills & Experience

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Junior Merchandiser or similar role.
