We’re looking for experienced Merchandiser with multiple-channel experience to join a growing lifestyle apparel brand on the South Coast. You will have a pivotal role in driving commercial performance through best-in-class eCommerce, marketplaces, and wholesale. You’ll own merchandising strategy end-to-end—using data, forecasting, and insight to shape assortments, optimise inventory, and maximise profitability.
Brief Outline of Key Responsibilities
- Lead seasonal planning, range architecture, and channel-specific strategies
- Own pre-buy analysis, forecasting, and OTB decisions
- Deliver trade insights to improve sales, margin, and stock performance
- Manage inventory, replenishment, and in-season trading actions
- Drive markdown and promotional strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Fashion, Business, Merchandising, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working in data-driven, fast-growth retail or eCommerce environments preferred.
- Passion for product, retail, and delivering best-in-class customer experience through merchandising excellence.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills
- Advanced Excel (BI tools a plus)
- Commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder management.
