Recruiting for an experienced, proactive Merchandiser to join a busy UK Head Office. Based within an established international clothing manufacturer you will manage key accounts and form part of a dynamic, multi-functional team driving the design, development, and production of multi-category womenswear. Experience with high volume supermarket or fashion accounts would be advantageous. This is a full-time role offering hybrid working, a comprehensive benefits package, and 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Planning factory capacity ahead of each season
- Managing production from order placement through to delivery
- Building strong customer relationships through regular meetings and communication
- Liaising daily with buying offices and global factories
- Creating and managing critical paths, delivery schedules, and order books
- Driving timely approvals and resolving issues before they impact launch
- Working closely with fabric mills on pricing, bookings, and delivery timelines
Skills & Requirements:
- Degree educated
- Proven experience in a supplier-based merchandising or production role
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication and presentation ability
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Proactive, confident, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship-building skills across all levels
