Exciting opportunity for a proactive and relationship-focused Junior Account Manager to support account growth, develop new business opportunities, and manage customer projects from enquiry through to production. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years’ experience in a sales-led or account management environment, and who is passionate about sustainability, customer relationships, and purpose-led business. Our client is an impact-led social enterprise and registered CIC, creating high-quality reusable organic bags, textiles and accessories with a circular approach. The UK team manages an international and prestigious list of customers and collaborations representing fashion, retail, publishing, beauty, tourism and many other sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts through exceptional relationship management.
- Coordinate customer meetings and support sales pipeline activity with the Head of Sales.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead development.
- Manage orders from enquiry and sampling through to production and delivery.
- Liaise closely with UK and India teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and order tracking within the ERP/CRM system.
- Respond to inbound enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct market and prospect research to identify new opportunities.
- Represent the business professionally and act as a brand ambassador at all times.
- Ability to travel as/and when.
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years’ experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Proven ability to build and grow customer relationships.
- Experience managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Responsibility for pipeline development and project completion.
- Confident communicator with experience influencing stakeholders.
- Strong IT skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Desirable:
- Experience in fashion, textiles, retail, or product manufacturing.
- Interest in sustainability, fair trade, and climate issues.
- Experience within a sales-led environment, working across cultures or international teams.
