Are you passionate about creating beautiful lingerie that combines style, comfort, and innovation? We’re looking for a talented Lingerie Designer to join a leading intimate apparel company specializing in the design, development and manufacturing of brands and private label. This opportunity is for maternity cover, with an ideal start in January 2026 (for 12 months).

The Job Outline:

  • Design and develop directional lingerie, athleisure, and nightwear ranges that meet customer briefs.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table and contribute to trend-setting concepts.
  • Research shapes, fabrics, trims, and colours, creating inspiring trend boards.
  • Produce CAD drawings and artwork for presentations and product development.
  • Collaborate with buyers and internal teams to deliver accurate, on-time designs.
  • Oversee styles through the development process, progress and monitor selected styles, liaising with in-house technician, hub offices and offshore factories to ensure samples are visually and technically correct.

Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years’ experience designing lingerie for UK & European brands/private labels.
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction and cost engineering without compromising aesthetics.
  • Expertise in fabric sourcing and trim development.
  • Highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • A confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and resolve issues with problem solving skills.
  • Attentive to detail, with strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
  • Enthusiastic team player.
