We’re delighted to be partnering with a specialist apparel brand to recruit a hands-on and commercially driven B2B Marketing Coordinator. Known for their technical expertise and ability to engineer exceptional fit and support without compromising on style, this brand has built a strong reputation within the premium apparel market. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity where you will take ownership of coordinating the B2B marketing calendar and supporting the planning and delivery of trade marketing activity across wholesale, retail, and distributor channels. From seasonal toolkits and POS materials to trade communications and retail activations, you will play a key role in strengthening partner engagement and driving commercial performance. Working closely with Brand, Sales, and Digital teams, you will ensure all materials are engaging, on-brand, and commercially effective supporting sell-in, sell-through, and strong in-store execution.
The Role
- Coordinate the B2B marketing calendar and deliver seasonal trade marketing tools
- Create and distribute linesheets, launch packs, campaign assets, and product training materials
- Support POS development, retail activations, trade shows, and sales conferences
- Assist with retailer onboarding and provide partners with key brand assets and guidelines
- Manage trade communications, including newsletters and B2B email campaigns
- Gather insights from retailers and Sales teams to inform and improve future campaigns
- Monitor B2B performance metrics and support initiatives that drive revenue growth
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing or trade marketing, ideally within fashion or premium retail
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Confident communicator and presenter
- Commercially aware, with a solid understanding of wholesale and retail environments
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly collaborative
