We’re partnering with a specialist apparel brand to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a technically driven, style-focused brand known for engineering exceptional fit and support without compromising on design. This is a full-time, onsite role, working closely with the Brand and Ecommerce Marketing team to ensure the website is accurate, optimised, and commercially effective. The successful candidate will play a hands-on role in supporting day-to-day trading and content management, ensuring products are presented at their best and customers experience a seamless journey from landing page to checkout.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product uploads, categorisation, and onsite merchandising to deliver clear and commercially strong product presentation.
- Write and optimise product descriptions, category copy, and SEO metadata to improve visibility and conversion.
- Update homepage and landing pages in line with the marketing and trading calendar.
- Support campaign launches and promotional activity with accurate and timely content updates.
- Conduct regular website QA checks to identify errors, broken links, and inconsistencies.
- Monitor stock availability and product status, working closely with Operations and Supply Chain teams.
- Maintain brand consistency and accuracy across all onsite content.
- Liaise with Customer Service to support website-related queries and improve the customer journey.
- Share customer insights with the Ecommerce Manager and Marketing team to inform improvements.
- Analyse onsite performance and behaviour data to identify growth opportunities.
- Support CRO and UX optimisation initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with Digital Marketing to ensure aligned cross-channel messaging.
About You
- Previous experience in an ecommerce role, ideally within fashion or premium retail.
- Hands-on experience managing site content, product uploads, and online merchandising.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of ecommerce performance drivers.
- Confident communicator with a collaborative approach.
- Proficient in MS Office and quick to adapt to new platforms and systems.
