I am looking for a passionate, experienced lingerie specialist to join a leading brand renowned for its fashion-forward lingerie, swim and accessories. With exquisite craftsmanship and cutting-edge designs, this brand is a market leader. You would be part of a dynamic team with a collaborative work environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the technical development of lingerie collections, ensuring that each piece meets the highest standards of fit, comfort, and durability.
- Work closely with designers and production teams to bring innovative designs to life, from initial concept through to final production.
- Champion the customer-first policy and maintain technical and quality standards.
- Produce clear tech packs, specs and comments to ensure consistency on quality and fit.
- Lead in-house fittings and supplier communication.
- Approve and develop fit and construction standards across all categories.
- Work with the pattern team to develop blocks for new and amended styles.
- Research innovation and market trends on fit, fabric and style.
- Manage return data, customer feedback and ensure ongoing improvements.
Your Skills:
- You should have extensive experience in garment technology within the lingerie sector.
- A deep understanding of fabrics, construction techniques, and fit is essential.
- Proficiency in pattern making and grading (Lectra) is preferred.
- A keen eye for detail & strong communication skills are crucial.
- A problem-solver with a proactive attitude.
- Full-time relocation to the Netherlands is required – assistance provided.
