My client is an established supplier to the UK & European High Street, and they are looking for a trend-driven, dynamic Women's Jerseywear Designer with a proven background in a similar role. Based full-time in a dynamic, creative office in central London, you will work within a small team on trend, mood, colour and product development. You will take autonomy for your area and lead customer meetings/relationships.

Womens Jerseywear Designer – The Role

  • Collaborate within the team to create trend and mood boards, focusing on shape, colours, print, and fabric.
  • Develop trend-led ranges across Ladies Fashion and Leisure Jersey.
  • Source new materials in line with trends at the start and throughout the season.
  • Present trends and ranges to buyers, and action any design requests.
  • Produce detailed tech packs and specifications for accurate first-time samples.
  • Oversee the range and customer sampling process from start to finish.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developing both new and existing accounts.
  • Coordinate with teams in China for range, sourcing, and customer development.
  • Analyse catwalks and competitors to spot missed opportunities and report findings.
