As a Merchandising & GTM Manager, the role will allow you to influence product lines, ensuring they resonate with market trends and consumer demands, whilst working heavily analytical to ensure the numbers work. Your expertise will be pivotal in crafting compelling go-to-market strategies that captivate and engage audiences.

The Role
  • GTM Calendar
    • Build and manage seasonal GTM Calendars, ensuring a smooth and efficient seasonal flow.
    • Constant engagement with all stakeholders ensuring all are aligned with the seasonal calendar.
    • Ensure all milestone and deliverables are met and delivered in full.
    • Support in the building of multiple seasonal tracks dependent on product deliverable needs.
  • Reporting
    • Preparing and populating weekly performance reports.
    • Consolidating data from numerous sources to create a regional picture that can be drilled down to give a more dynamic view for the user.
    • Continuously improving reporting to simplify decision making using sound and consistent approaches.
    • Working closely with the sales Operations team to align and compare data.
  • Analysis
    • Through the use of sell thru data, producing reports that break down, profile and measure the success of both direct-to-consumer and external partners.
    • Aiding the assortment planning process through the analysis of range size, efficiencies, and distribution.
    • Providing analysis on the adoption of key seasonal initiatives, enabling the Marketing team to review set KPI’s.
    • Managing Trade Agreements within systems, performing price and margin analysis and audits.
  • Range Planning & Forecasting
    • Overseeing the line planning process and the smooth running of the excel-based system which feeds all major reports used in the design of the range.
    • Managing the regional forecasting process.
    • Integrating accurate sales/forecasting history with launch range information, obtaining market forecasts, assisting with the go-to-market process, and aiding in the improvement of received data accuracy.
    • Collating and presenting forecast information; identifying “at risk” SKU.
    • Monitoring the accuracy of style setup data.
    • Creating and contributing to presentations for seasonal launches and leadership team meetings.
    • Provide seasonal analysis of pricing and margin deliverables.
    • Ability to price harmonise across multiple European currencies.
    • Ensure all margin and KPI targets are achieved each season.
  • Master Data Creation and Management
    • Seasonal creation of all master line plan data at article level.
    • Ensure all external partner data requirements are provided and maintained.
    • Tracking of all MSL products to ensure on time and in full delivery.
    • Article management of all SMUs and out-of-season line planning.
The Person
  • Prior industry experience, ideally within the Sportswear and/or fashion sector.
  • Passion for sport, sportswear, and branded goods.
  • Strong analytical and process orientated mindset.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and project management skill set.
  • Advanced in Excel and Power BI.
