My client is seeking a dynamic Paid Marketing Manager to join a small, creative, in-house team, working with men’s streetwear brands. You will have a creative eye, and take the lead on managing and enhancing marketing channels for a diverse portfolio of in-house and partner brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage paid marketing channels across the business, including Meta, Google, and Klaviyo.
- Collaborate with the marketing executive to align marketing concepts and direction for each brand and season.
- Coordinate with internal and external team members to ensure the correct volume and style of content.
- Set budgets with directors for each brand and season.
- Develop marketing strategies for each collection.
- Supervise the creation of ads, emails, and posts alongside the marketing executive.
- Conduct seasonal monthly and weekly meetings with directors and the marketing team to plan and report on paid marketing channels.
- Monitor and report on performance on a weekly basis to directors.
- Actively manage paid ads in a hands-on manner.
