As Product Manager (Corporate Division) you will be responsible for shaping, managing, and delivering the corporatewear product offer. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, product development, sales enablement, and customer insight, ensuring the range meets commercial objectives while reinforcing the brands’ positioning as a leader in professional business wear across the UK and International markets.

You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of corporate products—from concept and range architecture through to launch, performance analysis, and continuous improvement—working closely with Sales, Design, Sourcing, Marketing, and Operations.

Brief Outline of Key Responsibilities
  • To translate brand values into a clear, differentiated corporate proposition.
  • Maintain strong brand identity across all corporate touchpoints.
  • Partner with marketing to support ‘go to market’ messaging and product storytelling to B2B clients.
  • Define and own the corporate product roadmap, aligned to business objectives & customer needs.
  • Analyse range performance, margin and sell through to inform future development, OTB decisions and aging styles.
  • Deliver trade insights to improve sales, margin, and stock performance.
  • Regularly assess the portfolio to identify product gaps.
  • Track competitor activities and broader market trends (UK & Internationally).
  • Dissect markets to better understand variances, opportunities and demands to inform growth strategy.
  • Understand end-user requirements and feedback to use insight to inform on brand/product plans.
  • Use data and insight to inform pricing strategy, range depth, and lifecycle decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners. Travel as/when required.
  • Work closely with corporate sales team to ensure they have optimum selling tools and product knowledge to maximise sales opportunities.
  • To understand client requirements, and to support key tenders and presentations as “product expert”.
  • Champion product innovation in fabrics, performance, sustainability and fit.
Skills & Experience
  • Degree educated.
  • 3+ years of product management experience / product lifecycle management (fashion/apparel/textile or retail brand experience desirable).
  • B2B Market and customer insight: demonstrates a proactive approach to research and market changes, to deliver a deep understanding of current trends, consumer personas, and competitor strategies.
  • Commercial Acumen: experienced in defining product roadmap, to translate vision into profitable product strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage critical paths, timelines, and sample schedules effectively.
  • Analytical & Decisive: Data-driven using metrics and analysis to drive prioritization and demonstrate impact. Ability to make calculated decisions under pressure.
  • Collaborative Leader: A team player who can inspire cross-functional departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Adaptable: Proactive problem-solver with ability to quickly react to shifting demands, business objectives or supply chain disruptions.
  • Champions product innovation and continuous improvement in process.
