An exciting role awaits as an Ecommerce Manager on a Maternity Fixed-Term Contract (Until January 2027) for a well-known Luxury Womenswear Brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the ecommerce platform, ensuring seamless user experiences, and optimising conversion rates. Ecommerce Manager - The Role:
  • Own the commercial performance of the brand's website and relevant third-party marketplaces, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Manage the full DTC trading cycle, from seasonal launch preparation and campaign planning through to promotional strategy and off-price clearance.
  • Track and report on DTC sales, margin, and profitability, providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Manage and mentor the E-commerce Assistant, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the website.
  • Work with external agencies and partners to manage performance marketing activity across paid media, affiliates, and other acquisition channels.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align campaigns, content, and launches with e-commerce priorities.
  • Lead the online CRM strategy, ensuring all customer interactions are consistent, personalised, and centred on delivering an exceptional experience, improving customer retention and driving loyalty.
  • Own the website development roadmap and manage relationships with technical partners to ensure timely delivery of improvements and new features.
  • Optimise the website experience through merchandising, navigation improvements, and A/B testing to improve conversion and engagement, ensuring a seamless, end-to-end customer journey across all touchpoints.
  • Analyse user behaviour and performance data to identify opportunities for ongoing improvement.
  • Work with the Wholesale team to understand overall brand performance and ensure channel alignment.
  • Cross-collaborate with Product Development and Merchandising teams on seasonal launches and range planning, using data-driven insights to guide design, assortment, and inventory decisions.
