About the Company: Exciting role for a driven Commercial Manager to manage sales of one of the UK’s leading non-wired bra specialists. An opportunity to grow UK sales and to lead a small team, working across multi-channel fashion retailers, independents, speciality stockists and direct to consumer.

About the Role: This is a 12 month maternity contract and ideal for someone who has been in a similar role previously.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow key accounts in the UK
  • Work with Directors to set sales budget based on past performance and potential future business
  • Lead sales, customer experience and marketing strategy to feed into the overall business plan
  • Line manage customer service sales advisor & marketing executives
  • Oversee UK sales agents
  • Product range management, working closely with design team
  • Assist with stock management
  • Report on monthly sales agent turnover figures against targets
  • Weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reporting
  • Monitor pricing strategy for all product, taking competitor activity into consideration
  • Identify new business opportunities in the UK to increase market share
  • Lead all UK trade shows
  • Lead sales strategy meetings in collaboration with Commercial Manager for Exports

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience working within fashion or lingerie industry
  • Commercial and market knowledge and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on, practical attitude to problem solving within projects and process improvements
  • People management skills

Additional Details:

  • 35 hours per week, based from Office (min. 3 days per week)
  • 12 month contract – option to start immediately or January 2026.
  • Applicants must have full UK right to work.
