Reebok are looking for an Online Marketplace Planner & Buyer to help take their game to the next level for the UK and European market. This role is central to driving the performance, visibility, and profitability of a fast-growing business channel across the biggest fashion and sports digital platforms in the market. They are looking for a hands-on Planner & Buyer ready to grow with them, where the team is still in build mode and there is real scope to shape how they work. You will work in an international team, across Europe's leading marketplaces (Zalando, About You, ASOS and others) and have real commercial impact from day one.
The Role:
- Buying & Assortment
- Define the best assortment per channel from initial selection through order confirmation.
- Define seasonal investment by category, aligned to channel strategy and demand forecasts.
- Support Wholesale & Concessions buying activities during sales campaigns.
- Planning & Inventory
- Own replenishment flows and inventory optimisation across B2B and E-Concessions.
- Monitor sell-through at SKU and category level, flagging risks and opportunities early.
- Track weekly KPIs (sell-through, stock coverage, OTB) and drive corrective action.
- Contribute to markdown and stock rebalancing decisions.
- Catalogue & Data
- Confident in data analysis and reporting — able to interpret trends and translate findings into commercial action.
- Own seasonal catalogue creation and master data maintenance across channels.
- Ensure data accuracy across product feeds, EAN-level content and channel-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with partners on stock, delivery and product information queries.
The Buyer:
- Minimum 5+ years’ in a similar role.
- Advanced Excel: pivot tables, Forecast modelling, sell-through tracking.
- Background in buying, planning or marketplace ops preferably in fashion/footwear.
- Solid grasp of E-com KPIs: sell-through, stock coverage, etc.
- Interest in feed management and product data (PIM tools a plus).
- Genuine interest in marketplace innovation and how platforms evolve.
- Versatile and adaptable — comfortable contributing beyond your core remit to support the team.
- Able to build structure and process in a fast-moving, scaling environment.
- Highly organised with attention to detail under pressure.
- Proactive, takes ownership and drives impact without being asked.
- Collaborative and clear communicator across functions.
