A great opportunity to join this well-established fashion supplier of Woven Men's and Boy’s shirts and Jersey products as an Account Coordinator / Merchandiser. With a reputation for delivering quality design, service and products, from concept to fulfilment, the business has won prestigious growth and gained them preferred supplier status to a number of top High Street stores and Brands.

This is a Full-time Office based role, 5 days from the Office.

Account Coordinator / Merchandiser - The Role
  • Responsible for ensuring customer requirements are achieved through all stages of the critical path from samples, orders, pre-production to final delivery.
  • Liaising with customers regarding orders, problem solving and making decisions, these must be done in conjunction with team leader / Director.
  • Attend customer meetings to ensure continued customer satisfaction and that all opportunities are capitalised on.
  • Reporting to the Team leader / Director with weekly and monthly updates, escalating issues where necessary.
  • To ensure effective communication at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Ad hoc duties as required by management.
Account Coordinator / Merchandiser - The Candidate
  • Ability to build excellent customer and supplier relations.
  • Excellent English language skills both verbal and written.
  • IT literate with sound experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programmes.
  • Experience of managing fast-paced critical path.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent time keeping and ability to meet short deadlines.
  • Capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexible approach to working to fast moving, changing demands.
  • Ad hoc duties as required by management.
  • Ideally worked on Men’s, boys woven & Jersey products or within clothing/ fashion Industry for a minimum of 1 year / experience in a similar role.
  • Must have a full & permanent right to work in the UK.
