Hybrid – Home & Client or PMP sites (London & surrounding counties) Human Resources Temp Freelance / Sub-contracting We’re building our bench of trusted HR Consultants to support client projects and peaks in demand. If you’re an experienced HR professional who enjoys the variety of consulting and working across different sectors, we’d love to hear from you. We work with small businesses and ambitious founders across London and the South East, providing pragmatic, commercially-savvy HR support. Our clients treat us like part of their team, so you’ll get to do the hands-on work – not just advise from the sidelines. You’ll need to be confident dealing with complex employee relations, managing change, and influencing at senior level. While previous consulting experience is a bonus, it’s more important that you’re adaptable, solutions-focused, and comfortable working independently. This freelance role offers project-based flexibility – we’ll scope out what’s needed, and you’ll work with the client to deliver it. You’ll have access to PMP templates, support, and systems, as well as opportunities to collaborate with the rest of our team. Some onboarding and training may take place in person at our Sevenoaks HQ, and you’ll need to be happy to travel to client sites across London and the surrounding counties when needed.
