People Management magazine is seeking a Wellbeing & Inclusion Adviser to amplify the employee voice within a public sector organization in London. This role will involve co-chairing staff network meetings and ensuring inclusion and wellbeing principles are embedded throughout the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wellbeing and inclusion, experience in public sector contexts, and be available to start ideally by mid or end of July.
