A leading professional services firm is hiring a Reward Business Partner to join their people function. Known for its collaborative and commercially driven culture, they are focussed on building a sustainable and competitive reward offering that reflects the business and supports their people.

You will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of annual salary and bonus review processes, including governance, MI, and stakeholder guidance. You will own all compensation benchmarking activity, and play a key role in job architecture, gender pay gap reporting, pay equity, and pay transparency, ensuring a robust and fair approach to reward across the business.

You will work closely with HR Business Partners and leaders across the firm, building reward capability, identifying risks, and supporting informed decision‑making on pay and incentives.

This role is suited to an experienced Reward professional with the confidence to operate at senior stakeholder level. You’ll bring strong technical expertise across compensation, benchmarking, salary review design, job evaluation and gender pay, alongside hands‑on experience using Workday or similar HR systems, ideally gained within professional services.
