Your new role Hays is excited to partner with a valued client to recruit a pragmatic HR generalist on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract or interim basis (inside IR35), working 3 or 4 days per week, based near Norwich.
Responsibilities
- This is a hands‑on, varied role with a strong focus on employment law, employee relations and organisational change.
- You will manage varied ER cases, support change programmes and organisational development activities and deliver HR projects.
Qualifications
- Strong generalist HR background with proven ER expertise.
- Experience delivering change programmes.
- Resilient, commercially aware and solutions‑focused.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated proactive team player capable of working independently and driving continuous improvement.
