Your new role Hays is excited to partner with a valued client to recruit a pragmatic HR generalist on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract or interim basis (inside IR35), working 3 or 4 days per week, based near Norwich.

Responsibilities

  • This is a hands‑on, varied role with a strong focus on employment law, employee relations and organisational change.
  • You will manage varied ER cases, support change programmes and organisational development activities and deliver HR projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong generalist HR background with proven ER expertise.
  • Experience delivering change programmes.
  • Resilient, commercially aware and solutions‑focused.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Self‑motivated proactive team player capable of working independently and driving continuous improvement.
