My client is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to cover maternity leave for 12 months. You will have a strong ER and recruitment background and be people and service focused. This is a site-based role – 5 days a week.
Your new role
- You will be hands‑on, involved in all aspects of the operational agenda to ensure that all stakeholders feel supported, coached, and empowered.
- Create a robust recruitment strategy and work closely with internal partners to bring it to life.
- You will also play a crucial role in managing Employee Relations cases smoothly while training and coaching managers in line with company values.
- Your ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders will be key in delivering efficient processes that drive business outcomes.
- Play a critical role in streamlining processes and the overall operational people plan.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver efficient and high-quality processes.
- Lead the analysis of existing delivery methodology to identify areas for improvement.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and impact of optimised services.
- Review all HR policy and process to ensure it is fit for purpose.
- Enhance awareness and compliance with company policies and procedures and legal requirements/ regulations.
