We are partnering with a growing organisation to appoint an experienced HR Manager in a newly created role. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on HR professional to build and shape the HR function while leading the organisation’s global mobility and immigration activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and develop the HR function, implementing effective policies, procedures, and best practice frameworks.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on all HR matters.
  • Lead on employee relations activity, managing and resolving ER cases with a pragmatic, compliant approach.
  • Oversee global mobility and immigration processes, ensuring a smooth relocation experience for international talent.
  • Liaise with external legal partners to coordinate immigration and employment documentation.
  • Work closely with HMRC and internal teams on compliance, visa requirements, and reporting.
  • Partner with overseas suppliers and stakeholders to support international recruitment activity.
  • Act as the key point of contact for employees relocating to the UK, supporting them from offer through to settlement.
  • Coordinate onboarding and arrival logistics for new starters.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with employment legislation and visa requirements.

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor, ideally with experience building or shaping an HR function.
  • Strong background in employee relations and managing complex ER cases.
  • Experience in global mobility, immigration, or international relocation.
  • Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Confident liaising with legal professionals and senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills with a supportive and pragmatic style.
