About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR Business Partnering team, playing a key role in delivering people strategy and operational HR support across a complex national organisation. As a HR Business Partner, you will operate as a credible senior HR professional working closely with senior leaders and management teams. You will deliver both strategic and operational HR outcomes, acting as a genuine business partner to service areas and contributing to organisational performance and service delivery. This role sits within a nationally dispersed HR and OD team and will involve regular travel across regions as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely, accurate and robust advice across a full range of HR issues, including complex employee relations casework.
- Lead and support organisational change and restructuring programmes, including business cases and impact assessments.
- Provide expert guidance to decision‑makers throughout formal HR procedures.
- Support workforce planning and use data to identify trends and inform people strategies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR services and organisational outcomes.
About You
- Strong experience within HR Business Partnering or a senior HR advisory role.
- Sound knowledge of employment law, HR policy and employee relations.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, complex and geographically dispersed organisation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex casework and organisational change activity.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability, with a proactive approach.
