We are currently recruiting for a Global Mobility / Immigration Specialist to join our client’s team on an initial 6‑month fixed‑term contract, with a strong opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. This role will play a key part in supporting the relocation of international talent to the UK, coordinating immigration processes, and ensuring new arrivals are fully supported from offer through to settlement.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, including employment lawyers, and will have access to previously drafted legal documentation. While legal support is in place, we are looking for someone confident in owning and driving the end‑to‑end mobility process.

Your New Role Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with external lawyers to coordinate and manage immigration and employment documentation
  • Work with HMRC and the HR team on required filings, compliance, and visa requirements
  • Liaise with overseas partners and foreign labour suppliers sourcing talent
  • Act as a key point of contact for global talent relocating to the UK
  • Coordinate UK arrival logistics, including onboarding arrangements
  • Support new arrivals to ensure they are settled, compliant, and operational as quickly as possible
  • Maintain accurate records and monitor visa and compliance timelines

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience in global mobility, immigration, or international relocation.
  • Strong understanding of UK visa processes and compliance requirements.
  • Comfortable liaising with legal professionals, HR teams, and international stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, hands‑on, and capable of managing multiple moving parts.
  • Confident communicator with a supportive and pragmatic approach.
