Position: Director of HR and Culture

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours a week

Contract: Permanent

Location: Office-based in London N4, with flexibility to work remotely

Salary: £73,653 per annum, plus excellent benefits

Salary Band and Job Family: Band 5

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in shaping how we support, develop and empower our people across the organisation. As Director of HR and Culture, you’ll lead our people and culture strategy, driving culture change, leadership capability, workforce planning and organisational development. Working closely with senior leaders and colleagues across the charity, you’ll help create an inclusive, values‑led environment where people can thrive and do their best work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the people and culture strategy and drive culture change initiatives.
  • Develop leadership capability programmes and support workforce planning.
  • Oversee organisational development and help create an inclusive, values‑led environment.
  • Partner with senior leaders and colleagues across the charity to ensure people can thrive and do their best work.
