The Opportunity
As a senior operator in the London office, you’ll be working directly with founders to shape strategy, oversee delivery, grow high-profile clients, and nurture a high-performing team. The agency is start up yet established, credible, and entering a genuine growth phase.
The Role
- Run a portfolio of luxury, travel, lifestyle, and real estate clients
- Act as senior counsel to clients and media alike
- Build and mentor a high-performing team as the business scales
- Oversee budgets, fees, media travel, and campaign spend with commercial discipline
- Represent the agency at a senior level in the UK and internationally
- Day-to-day delivery, leading the team by example, and driving best practice
About You
- Operating at Account Director or Senior Account Director level
- Deep experience across luxury, travel, lifestyle, food & drink, or property
- Strong Tier 1 media relationships (UK and international)
- Commercially switched‑on
- Calm, confident, and ambitious without the ego
- International experience preferred
- Languages (Italian, French, or others) are a bonus
The Package
- Bonus: annual performance bonus
- New business: additional % for introducing clients
Mon & Fri – WFH; Tues – Thurs – London office (Hammersmith)
