A fast-growing content and PR agency is looking for a Creative Account Manager to join its Bristol team. This agency specialises in turning insight, data, and culture into stories that earn national media attention. Their work spans research-led campaigns, visual storytelling, video, and written content - all designed to land with impact.

They’re looking for someone with at least 18 months’ PR agency experience who’s excited by ideas, curious about the news agenda, and ready to take ownership within a collaborative team. We particularly encourage applications from people who may have taken non-linear career routes into PR, or who are ready to grow into a bigger role with the right support.

About the role

This is a creative project management role with real exposure. You’ll act as a key client contact across accounts, helping manage campaign delivery from concept to coverage. You’ll work closely with specialists to bring ideas to life and ensure work is delivered smoothly and thoughtfully. Curiosity, cultural awareness, and creativity are central to success in this role.

What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as day-to-day client contact
  • Managing campaign timelines and delivery
  • Contributing to creative brainstorming
  • Writing press releases and page-ready content

What they’re looking for

  • Around 18 months+ PR agency experience
  • Strong interest in news, culture and storytelling
  • Clear, confident communication skills
  • Good writing ability (press releases, news copy, features etc.)
  • Organised and proactive approach
  • Creative thinking and willingness to learn

You don’t need to have worked on the biggest brands - what matters is your ability to generate ideas, manage work confidently, and demonstrate your potential. This is not a marketing or sales role. PR experience is required.

What you’ll get

  • £30,000 salary
  • Hybrid working (minimum 3 days in office)
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Enhanced parental pay
  • Health and wellbeing benefits
